To serve you better, Insia.com will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Return Policy
Wrong shade? Not right for your hair? We understand things happen, which is why Insia is dedicated to making the return process simple for you. If you’re not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just return the product to us for a full refund. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below.
- Products must be returned in new or gently used condition within 60 days of purchase.
- All returns must be accompanied by all original components.
- For any apparel items you wish to return, kindly ensure they are in the same pristine condition as when they were received, with tags intact and without any visible signs of wear or use. In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, we urge you to promptly notify our customer care team for swift resolution.
- Insia monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit all returns or exchanges.
Returns by Mail
- Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and Insia packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
- Print the Prepaid Return Label from Insia.net/returnlabel making sure your name and order number are clearly visible on the label and mail your return via United States Postal Service.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
